A program born in 2018 which, already since the first season has been an incredible success. I travel the world with one goal: to find the best Italian cuisine abroad. At each stop I am guided by three Italians who live in the city to discover their favorite restaurants that offer the cuisine of “Bel Paese”. The occasion also allows the opportunity to tell the family stories Italians abroad who decided to leave the country to go and live far from their homes and affections.

Program created during the Covid Pandemic to rekindle hope and support Italian restaurateurs affected by the economic crisis. Each of them, with my support, was guided in devising new business models in a journey that involved the whole family.

After moving to New York in 2012 to open Antica Pesa Brooklyn, I decided to introduce Italian viewers to the Big Apple by showing its most unusual places to dine while sharing stories of New York culinary leaders. The program aired for six consecutive popular seasons, from 2012 to 2018.

A program where each episode hosted a celebrity and a famous chef who prepared the VIP’s favorite dish. During the meal preparation time, I would interview and share pleasant conversations with the guests . Thanks to this program, I had the opportunity to interview some of the most popular personalities in Italy such as Christian De Sica, Carlo Verdone, Mara Venier, Lino Banfi, and Marco Giallini.
